Ascension and St. Mark’s Anglican Churches invite you to join in the discussion Harvest Hands. HARVEST HANDS is a non-profit food distribution centre dedicated to “rescuing food from bakers to retailers to help agencies and thousands of families throughout Southwestern Ontario. Funded entirely by donations and volunteer-driven, Harvest Hands provides food to over 200 organizations, agencies, and missions, who in turn, feed over 60,000 meals per month. Individuals and families seeking food assistance. If you are involved with any type of food security ministry, you will want to attend this presentation on February 29, 2024, 7 to 9 PM at Church of the Ascension, 2060 Dundas Street East, London.

Ascension’s annual vestry meeting (similar to an annual general meeting) will be held on Sunday, Feb. 18, following the 10:00 church service. Please note that there will be only one service that day, so that those who attend the early service can take part in the meeting.
The Archdeacon of London has asked that members of the executive team and Parish Council retain their positions for the coming year, to provide continuity in this time of clergy transition. While most members are remaining, there are available openings on Parish Council. If you would like to nominate someone, or volunteer yourself, please speak to a warden or contact the office.
