There are multiple ways you can support the ministries of Church of the Ascension. We are grateful for your contribution, however you choose to give. Charitable tax receipts are provided.
One-time or Occasional Donations
- Through CanadaHelps
You can donate through our form on CanadaHelps by clicking the logo below. This is a common option for those who are making one-time donations, for example, a memorial donation. Charitable tax receipts are issued at the time of the donation. Our full CanadaHelps page can be found by clicking here.
- E-transfers
You can e-transfer funds from your online banking account to our office email office@ascensionlondon.com. Charitable tax receipts are issued early in the following year.
Member Donations
If you become a member of Church of the Ascension, you can contribute financially in the following ways. Each allows the church to keep track of your donations so that you can be issued a charitable tax receipt early in the following year:
- Pre-Authorized Givings
You can set up monthly pre-authorized givings through the Diocese of Huron, the regional body for Anglican churches. About a third of our members have chosen this option.
- Envelopes
You can opt for a set of envelopes to help you track weekly or monthly donations that you make by cash or cheque during Sunday services. Ascension’s Parish Administrator would be happy to provide you with a set of weekly or monthly envelopes.
